We accept all major credit cards or alternatively
you may pay by cheque (made payable to Saltwater).
Please allow longer if you wish to pay by cheque,
as we will have to wait until the cheque clears
before sending your goods.
delivery
When items are in stock, please allow 7 working
days for the goods to arrive. We charge a flat
fee of £6.00 for UK delivery regardless
of size of your order. Express delivery can be
arranged at a cost of £8.00 for next day
delivery (mainland UK). Credit card orders can
be made from overseas, delivery charges are £15
for international delivery.
returns & exchanges
Should you wish to return your goods, you may
send them back for an exchange or full refund.
Please return them to Saltwater Mail Order, 98
Marylebone Lane, London W1U 2QB. Please complete
the returns form supplied with your delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used
or customer damaged items. Please note that we
are not responsible for returns postage. Please
ensure that proof of postage is stamped by the
Post Office and kept as proof of postage. Without
this we cannot be responsible for any items that
fail to reach us.
